Having always been interested in art, Rob has been been creating since he was a wee lad... He began his first comic strip "Jungle Boy" when he was only 6. Of course, once he saw George of the Jungle, he moved on. With support from an unbelievable art teacher, Mrs. McCarthy, his interest in the arts grew. Rob's interests spanned all mediums and expanded into helping teach while he was still in high school. After high school, he was introduced to what can only be described as a life-changing obsession... TATTOOING. After following the National Tattoo Association around the country for five years, creating his own art, and working for shops it became apparent that he needed to move on with his own vision and idea of what a shop should be.

Thus, The Shop was born.
